Melbourne Chef is a proudly Australian owned and operated business, founded over 30 years in Kensington by Ellie Mansour and family in their beloved hometown of Melbourne.

The years since have seen Melbourne as a city emerge as one of the great food capitals of the world, and seen Melbourne Chef emerge as a leader in their field. From year to year and through four decades, Melbourne Chef’s team has built an enviable reputation for our quality of products, consistency of quality, and devotion to our brands and retailers.
